At hazbel.com, our goal is to give you the best shopping experience. If you ever need a refund or exchange, here’s how it works:

Returns

  • Request a Return: Notify us within 3 days of delivery with a valid reason by emailing our support team.
  • Send It Back: After we confirm your request, please return the item within 7 days, securely packed.
  • Inspection & Refund: Once we receive and check the item, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.

👉 Note: Refund appearance in your account may take additional time depending on your bank.

Important Return Conditions:

  • For hygiene reasons, undergarments cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Customized, personalized, or altered items are not eligible for returns/exchanges.
  • Worn or used clothing will not be accepted.
  • For security, we ask customers to record a short video while opening the parcel and share it with us if needed.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are allowed only once per order.
  • Items will be inspected before an exchange is approved.
  • Certain limited-access products (category 5b) may not be eligible. Please check product descriptions for details.
  • Exchange sizes depend on availability. If there’s a price difference, you’ll receive the balance as a gift card or coupon code.
  • Customized, personalized, or altered products are not eligible for exchange.
  • Shipping for exchanges usually takes 10–12 working days, but may take longer for custom products.
